Our Land Cruiser FJ40 aluminum storage drop box #4009 is a weld in item and is
usually added as an option at the time a customer orders one of our replacement
tubs. The price includes the drop box along with our installation labour. This
storage box cannot be welded to a stock steel tub because of the dissimilar
metals (aluminum vs. steel).

This is a lockable storage solution that sits flush with the rear floor area of the tub and measures approximately 33” long x 16” wide x 10” deep. This box occupies the area bordered by the frame rails, the rear bumper ‘C’ channel and the tube that the rear shocks attach to.  One thing to consider when ordering this box is how you will route your exhaust. Because this storage box is welded to the underside of the tub it occupies the area where the stock muffler is normally situated.

Our Landcruiser running boards #4020 are made from aluminum checkerplate that is 1/8” thick. These running boards are stock in sizing with an approximate overall
length of 34” and a width of 6”.

They do not have the channel on the underside for mounting or tying into the stock frame mount. Using a series of stainless steel nuts/ bolts to fasten these directly to your body will work the most effectively. Fastening them to your body and the
trailing edge of your front fenders works best. Holes will have to be drilled for mounting.

Our#4033-B K-line style aluminum ½ doors #4033-B will fit both the FJ40 and the FJ45 Landcruisers. These ½ doors will work with a completely stock steel body or with one of our aluminum bdoies.  

These doors have the necessary provisions for accommodating the soft uppers that were offered by K-line Manufacturing. We do not manufacture, stock or sell soft uppers to work with these ½ doors.  These #4033-B doors do not work with a hard top, the rear receiver for the soft upper hits the inside edge of the hardtop.

grade aluminum alloy that is 1/8” in thickness. Made to work with larger than stock tire/rim combos these fender flares have the following approximate measurements; overall length 40”, front leg 18” long, rear leg 12 1/8” long, and the overall width is 3 ½”. There is also an inside bolting flange that measures approximately 1”.

These flares can be used with your stock steel tub or with one of our aluminum replacement tubs. In order for these flares to work to their full potential some trimming to the stock wheel openings or cutouts will be required.  

Stainless steel hardware would also be recommended for securing these flares to your body. After they are secured to your tub the gap between them and your quarter panel can be left as is or it can be filled. Automotive type seam sealer would work well for this procedure.  These are also available in a large style, see part #4038.

Made to work with large tire/rim combos these fender flares have the following approximate measurements; overall length 46”, front leg 18 ¼” long, rear leg 12 ¼” long, and the overall width is 5”. There is also an inside bolting flange that measures approximately 1”. 

These flares can be used with your stock steel tub or with one of our aluminum replacement tubs. For these fender flares to work properly cutting and/or fabricating will be required.

Stainless steel hardware would also be recommended for securing these flares to your body. After they are secured to your tub the gap between them and your quarter panel can be left as is or it can be filled. Automotive type seam sealer would work well for this procedure.

Our Land Cruiser aluminum windshield frame #4039 is made to work with your stock steel cowl. This frame will not work with our cowls.  Our frame will fit both
the FJ40 and FJ45 versions produced by Toyota. 

Using our windshield frame will require that your factory glass be re-shaped slightly.  The two mounting brackets that are used to hold your stock windshield frame in the upright position will have to be re-used and bolted to our frame. 

This windshield frame is made to work with a bottom mounted wiper motor
(1975-1985).  The wiper fluid dispenser is not built into the top the of

style.   

Included with our windshield frame is a new windshield-mounting gasket, brackets for tying into your factory hardtop and a selection of stainless steel hardware to assist with your installation.

Our Landcruiser FJ40/FJ45 turned axle-housing #4040 comes in either a 14-degree or 19-degree rotation depending on your application. Before ordering you should measure your pinion angle to determine which of the two housings will work best for you.

Using our assembly fixture we locate new spring perches on the top of the housing (sprung-over) and eliminate the stock perches found on the underside (sprung-under). We also clock the knuckles on either end of the housing so that the camber angle remains correct. The stock filler/inspection plug is filled and re-positioned so the level of gear oil is also kept correct.

A gusset is added on the longer of the two axle tubes for additional strength. The stock vent on the axle tube is removed and replaced with a fitting that allows the end user to install a length of tubing for deep-water crossings.  When you order one of our turned housings a core charge will be applied. This core charge will be refunded to you after your stock re-useable housing is received by us.

Our spring perches #4041 (pr.) are made from ¼” mild.   These perches are made
to work with your stock Toyota Landcruiser differential housings as well as other common axel housings. 

The most common application would involve customers who are turning their own housings and need to relocate the position of their spring perches. Rather than attempting to salvage the stock perches a pair of these make the process that much easier. 

Our FJ40 lockable rear flip-up hatch #4042 is manufactured from 5052 marine grade aluminum alloy that is 1/8” in thickness. This flip-up hatch is made to work with your factory hardtop. Our lift-up hatch can be combined with one of our aluminum fold-down tailgates making the rear of your Landcruiser more versatile and accessible.

The hatch includes two stainless steel lockable paddle latches, hinge plates, gas struts, formed catches, gasket for mounting rear glass along with an assortment of stainless steel hardware to assist with the installation process. It will be up to the end user to supply and install the safety glass for the hatch. Drilling of holes will be required with the installation of our flip-up hatch.
