Our driver’s side fuel filler #5100 is made to work with our CJ5 replacement body #5010 covering model years 1955-1975. Manufactured from 5052 marine grade aluminum alloy customers would order this fuel filler at the same time they are placing an order for one of our #5010 bodies.

The price indicated includes the fuel filler and the labour that we require for the installation process. The installation labour includes all welding, grinding and flapper wheeling.

Our Jeep CJ5 aluminum storage style tailgate #5120 is manufactured from 5052 marine grade aluminum alloy that is 5/32”(.156”) in thickness. This lockable storage style tailgate has a storage compartment that measures approximately 33” long x 12” high x 3” deep.

This tailgate will fit onto a stock steel CJ5 tub or onto one of our aluminum replacement tubs.  It
will fit the early CJ5’s (1955-1975) and the later CJ5’s (1976-1983).  When mounting to either your stock tub or onto one of our replacement tubs drilling holes will be required.

Included with our tailgate are stainless steel limiting straps, stainless steel mounting hardware,

Our Jeep Pull Out Storage Tailgate #5127 is manufactured from 5052 marine grade aluminum alloy that is 5/32”(.156”) in thickness. 

The drawer slides on this #5127 Pull Out Storage Tailgate are rated to 400 lbs per pair; we would recommend you do not exceed 200 lbs just to be on the safe side.  Also, we recommend that you do not exceed 150 lbs of dispersed weight on the top of the drawer.

Our CJ weld-in tailgate panel #5140 is manufactured from 5052 marine grade aluminum alloy that is 5/32”(.156”) in thickness. Our weld-in tailgate panels are designed to work with any one of our CJ aluminum replacement bodies.

The price indicated includes the panel along with our labour required to weld, grind and flapper wheel the panel to your new body prior to leaving our facility.
